This seven week series of classes will show you how to use whole grains, beans, soy, and vegetables to improve your health, strengthen your immune system, lose weight, and reduce your risk of chronic degenerative illness.  Learn how to make healthier food choices at home and when eating out.  Learn how to use whole grains, beans, soy, and vegetables to bring more flavor, fun, and zest into your life while improving your health, increasing your energy and mental clarity, strengthening your immune system, losing weight, and reducing your risk of chronic degenerative illness including diabetes, cancer, arthritis, and heart disease.  You will be able to make incremental changes each week in the way you eat so you can incorporate these changes into your life.  Learn how to make vegetarian meals taste great and look appealing and how to create balanced meals.  Taste how delicious healthy vegetarian food can be with samples of prepared dishes that will be provided along with their recipes at each class.  (Each class will include a meal with food discussed in that class).  Learn how to select healthier food at natural food stores and supermarkets.  Healing dishes and dietary changes for various health concerns will be addressed based on needs and interests of class participants.
